INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING OUR WATCHLIST

Are you in search of top penny stocks to trade?  Good Penny Stocks are hard to find and searching for the top penny stocks that lead to profitable trades can be very time consuming and tedious.  Our mission is to locate top penny stocks on the move (or potentially about to be) so you can spend your time more effectively. We scan and identify top penny stocks that appear to be gaining interest and hence, momentum so that you can spend your time more wisely doing your due diligence (i.e. looking at the charts, news, chatter, fundamentals…) and preparing your entry and exit strategy for the next days trade.

Our FREE daily list of penny stocks are not “picks”, but rather a list of good penny stocks that at the time have momentum and may be worth watching.  During the trading day you will need to wait for a confirmation signal that gives you a green light to enter into a trade which may lead you to a short term profit.  At the end of each trading day, we scan the penny stocks (including OTC penny stocks) looking for certain trends and indicators.  We will then post our top penny stock suggestions that night on the watch list prior to the next trading day.  Sometime during the next few trading days (or longer) there could be a high potential that some of the stocks on the list of penny stocks for that day will return a significant profit within a short period of time if entered and exited correctly (well beyond what you could normally expect to receive trading on the NYSE, AMEX, and NASDAQ exchanges).  At this time we identify and search for penny stocks that may have either (or all) of the following; breakout volume, breakout price, strong momentum, breakout of key resistance levels, solid support levels and/or have breakout new interest.  Keep in mind the list of penny stocks to buy are only recommended for a brief period of time (a day to a week or so), when the momentum stops for a particular penny stock, then it’s time to move on and watch new ones on the move. Some or none of the top penny stocks may or may not appear on the next daily list.

Trading any penny stock is similar to gambling, the rewards can be high and the losses can be catastrophic.  You should never fall in love and marry any of the suggestions from the list of penny stocks to buy, they are not your friends or investments (if you do stay in for the long haul, more than likely they will suck the life from you and leave you penny-less).  We suggest that you sell as soon as you realize the gain you want considering such things as key resistance levels as well as limiting your losses if or when support levels are broken.  It’s much safer to wait for a penny stock to pull back to near a support level than to chase it up near resistance or at a new high (you want to limit your risk).  You must be disciplined if not robotic (Just Do, don’t hope).   Please always remember that timing is everything (a trade may be good only for a few minutes to days) and then again the penny stock may have already run its course and the top penny stock is going nowhere but down (don’t be left holding an empty bag of poop).

Additionally, the watch list for the day are not all the top penny stocks.  Rather, they may be good penny stocks that you should watch, investigate and make your own decision when to get in and out.  If the list of penny stocks has 5 suggestions, then you could start to watch them all when the market opens.  You may rule out and eliminate some of top penny stocks and bring the list down to 2, 1, or none after you see the volume, the news, momentum or other factors when the market opens.  It’s best to wait the first 10-30 minutes after the market opens before you consider entering into a trade as during that time it can be pretty volatile.  You may want to continue to watch the list of penny stocks (including past daily lists) over the next few days as you might see a signal to enter into a trade.  The top penny stocks that you choose to trade out of the suggestions should be after you have done your due diligence (homework) and decided that it is a good penny stock based on your own judgment, sound technical indicators, fundamentals or trends.

Good luck and happy trading
