Top 10 penny stocks for Thursday 3/5/09

PXIT @ .0002 (This penny stock went from basically zero daily volume over the last year to over 142 million shares traded today with a Press Release.)

WLSI @ .003 (Recent volume and price break out.  Closed down today at .003 support.  After hours Press Release could get interest back.)

DRYS @ 3.90 (NASDAQ stock up ~40% today.  I’m seeing a lot of chatter about this one.)

FUTR @ .05 (Volume breakout (although its only 637K shares).  Getting a lot of chatter.  Lets see if this can bust .06 resistance.)

MXXH @ .003 (Holy cow up 400% today and price breakout past the .0025 resistance.  Can’t really find a reason why it did that.  I suspect those IHUBers had something to do with it considering the volume of shares traded and the number of messages on that bulleting board broke out today.  If that’s the case, you can see it doesn’t always take much buying to get one of these micro cap stocks rolling.)
 
FOE @ 1.11 (NYSE penny stock.  Just have a feeling this could bounce back a bit since it hit that magic $1.00 level.)

MCOA @ .045 (Up 95% today.  This was trading at like 60cents a week ago.)

GSIL @ .0009 (Up 125% with volume and price breakout .  I cant find a reason why.)

VIPR @ .014 (This has just been hammered down.  I’m thinking todays after hours Press Release may be the spark to turn this penny stock around.)

GXPI @ .0005 (This is also due for a turnaround.)
