OPGX  @ .0037 (See above text, volume and price breakout continues.  Starting to get a bit scary, might be time to take profits?)

TRSI @ .0007  (Called this on 2/26/09 @ .0003 (up over 100% since then).  Low volume (~11million) and huge price breakout.  If we get more volume we could see something similar to OPGX occur).

SPCI @ .002 (Not sure why but I’m sticking it on the stock watch list).

EQUR @ .0075 (Holy Cow, up 3,650% on only 2.5Million shares????  What are they thinking?  Looks like no shares were available.  Super scary at this point but going to watch this one close).

These suggestions (as promised) are based only on Fridays news, that president Obama plans to rescind limits on federal funding for stem cell research on Monday.  This is a play on psychological analysis only, no other reason for these suggestions (see our article How to Pick Penny Stocks).  Not exactly sure how the final decision will effect these stem cell penny stocks (buy the rumor/sell the news) or how long the run will last (if it all).  Closing prices as of Friday are listed below.
