Keep your penny stock house in order

How many good penny stocks are in your portfolio at any one time?  It’s best to start off by trading only one or two good penny stocks at any one time before entering into another position.  Good penny stocks may be good only for a short period of time (minutes to days). It is very difficult to remain focused and disciplined when you have too many open penny stock positions in your trading portfolio.  I know, with all those good penny stocks out there you just want to keep buying more.  However, if you don’t close out your old positions before entering new positions you will more than likely end up neglecting your old penny stock friends (hence, you will end up with a bunch of penny stock losers in your portfolio that are no longer your friends).

Are you a penny stock trader or an investor?  If your using our suggestions then you are a penny stock trader (you are not an investor).  We look for good penny stocks on the move that may yield a short term profit if traded correctly.  More than likely, these good penny stocks in the long run are just a POS (stinky turd).  So, have a plan, take your profits and if things don’t go as planed then take a loss and move on (get in and then get out before opening another position).  Yes, some of the good penny stocks may be good long term investments, but that’s not our strategy (we haven’t looked into the fundamentals).  Have a different portfolio for your penny stock investments so that you put on the correct hat when you are a penny stock trader.  Traders don’t fall in love, they see short term time spans of opportunity.
