OTC Stocks – Watch for Thursday 4-9-09

Looking for cheap OTC stocks? OTC stocks can yield significant profits when in demand. I only buy OTC stocks when everybody else wants them. I don’t normally invest in penny stocks (especially OTC stocks), it’s best just to date OTC penny stocks for a little while (but don’t go all the way to third base or you might catch something you don’t want). You can pretty much tell when OTC stocks are good penny stocks when the volume is breaking out followed by upward price movement. This type of buying volume indicates that the OTC stock is like a super hot babe that everybody just goes googoo over and cant get enough. Well, that penny stock babe might have been one of those cheap penney stocks but with all the current attention that babe is now a hot penny stock to trade and her/his price is going up. However, at some point that hot penny stock price will come to a wall when there is no more interest (the resistance). Now, you took some of the love potion and bought into her trap and managed to get a piece for yourself (maybe it’s dirty seconds and your to late?). Anyway, after partying all night drinking the Koolaid you wake up in the morning and realize that babe either; is a dog, has a nasty case of the Heebee Geebies, cleaned you out, or is totally psychotic. Point is, when the party is on you got to jump in, and then get out before the buzz wears off. You want to remember all those good penny stocks as being the time of your life. Don’t end up with a case of the crabs!

EFUL @ .0018 (Volume breakout and price breakout. Chatter breakout.)
ZIPN @ .013 (Up 348% today….be careful. Volume and price breakout.)
MTIZ @ .01 (Not a hot babe yet but is getting promoted via e-mails. Volume is crap but if that changes you know what I mean if you read the post above.)

Looks liek arti.ob is about to explode, im hearing some good news on chats about their art fest, whats your take. Do you think that it will surge early on monday?
Looks like it tested and confirmed .003ish support. I really blew this one myself (wasn’t paying attention and I know the rules). Anway, I bought at .006 and could have had a nice profit on the way up to .02, now looking at 50% loss. Volume is drying up (losing momentum). I should have been out already but at this point (.003 support/bottom play) it’s worth hanging in or buying more if volume comes back. I don’t really see alot more chatter then has been already (maybe even less). I really have no idea if it will surge on Monday. It’s possible that the test of .003 will create new interest.
I’m not really a fundamental guy, I just use news and chatter to identify potential momentum.

What’s your take on DTMG?

DTMG is looking pretty strong. Slow and steady gain and taking out one resistance zone after another. It closed on Thursday at the HOD at the .06 resistance from 8/20/07. Lots of support zones (.055, .05, .04…..). If it breaks .06 it could run to .08 before it’s next move (whichever direction that may be). This is a hard one to call but as you probably already know….the trend is your friend, which in this case is up. I’d be watching that .06 resistance zone real close to see if it can break above it (as well as the .054ish support for confirmation) before making any decision in a long position. As a fellow blogger I’m also interested in your take as well.
