Good penny stocks to trade based on bullish candlestick reversal patterns.  Candlestick patterns can be a great tool to signal a penny stock trade.  I figured it was time to try a new penny stock trading technique to show you that there is more to technical analysis besides just volume and price breakouts.  There is plenty of information on the Internet to learn more about candlestick patterns (i.e.  AmericanBulls.com, Stockcharts.com and many more).  Please do your homework as I have not investigated anything more than the charts on this list of penny stocks to buy.

PDMI@ .0021  (Bullish Harami pattern, strong volume gain and triple bottom.  Buying at support is a great way to minimize your risk.)

NSPT @ .0012 (Bullish Harami Cross pattern based on last two candlesticks (regardless if you call today’s candlestick either a Doji or Hammer), Strong volume, possible downtrend bounce and looks like .0012 is support.)

GGRN @ .055 (Bullish Hammer pattern)

DSUP @  .1997 (Bullish Three White Soldiers pattern, strong volume gain.)

AEHR @ .89 (Bullish Morning Star pattern, support at .80ish.)

P.S.  I mentioned CTIC yesterday at .30 based on consolidation support.  It ending up closing at .391 today for a ~30% gain.  Charts Rule!!
