Penny Stock Research – Technical Pattern Plays

Posted on June 7, 2009 by Penny Stocks Picker

I did my penny stock research and identifed some technical pattern plays for Monday.  Make sure to do your own penny stock research before trading them.  I decided to try a new angle today and select only penny stocks on the NASDAQ exchange and NYSE exchange.  Penny stocks on the major exchanges tend to be a bit more stable (volatility is calmer).  Although they are not as exciting as the sub penny stocks, you can do more penny stock research which limits your risk and helps you plan out your trade with more logic.

NASDAQ & NYSE Technical Pattern Plays – Monday 6-8-09

RMTR @ 1.12  (Bullish three white solider candle stick pattern, above average volume, price breakout, looks like bounce off 1.00 support.)

BDSI @ 6.65 (OK, this is not a penny stock but the chart looks awesome, strong uptrend and the volume is strong over the last few days.)

GFG@ .29 (Stong volume and looks like it may be ready to bounce from double bottom as formed in early March.)

JTX @ 6.25 (Yeah, not a penny stock.  Strong volume with a gap up, taking out the 50-day MA.)

CHB @ .51  (Bullish MACD cross over, bounce off .40 support.)

GNVC @ .82 (Breakout volume and price above .80 resistance.  Took out and closed above 200-day MA.)

GENR @ .30 (Breakout volume and price but closed at .30 resistance.  Did go as high as .80 on Friday.  Above 100-day MA.  OBV and MACD are breaking out also.)

ALTU @ .43 (Strong volume.  Nice long base but needs to breakout out of .43 resistance range.)

Good luck to ya!!

GENR is in the process of liquidating. I like the GNVC pick. I’ve been watching it lately. GLTA.
