the premise is simple… form a group… scan for low float sub-pennies… narrow down a target… acquire the float… raise the ask… the bid will follow… this requires trust and good faith among our group and together as a group we can all make alot of money if we have a common goal and stick to it, very acheivable… opinions?

I really like the concept of an investors group to make penny stock suggestions and the group works together to provide and document valid research and work together to reach a common goal. 

However, I'm not sure collectivley working togther to drive up the price is approptiate behavior (i.e legal).  We, might have to each make our own decision based on the research we collectively worked on.

I'll have to mull this over for a bit:   I want to be sure that 1) this is legal and 2) it is set up correctly to ensure it will be acceptable behavior by the regulatory authorities.

If acceptable we could then set up the forum or chat room to make this happen. 

Any comments or legal advice regarding this matter would be appreciated.
