anyone have this one? 10k due this week, was due Mar 31st but extension was filed end of day, pps opened .0001-.0002 and shot right up to .0005. 10k extension was for 15 days, I expect the same kinda spike 10k or not on the 15th prolly bigger this time since it is anticipated the will actually release 10k this time, if 10k is no released will still be a good spike. takes very little to move this one since it has a low float and shares are tight, hard to get filled at the ask. Any thoughts on this one?

Not sure about this one yet. Volume is drying up and .0003 might be tough resistance to break again. This was on the watchlist for 2/24/09 @ .0006 and really never performed (I didn't play). I'm seeing that the O/S is about 678million and it has almost 2Billion Authorized Shares so there is plenty of potential for the company to dilute in addition to the float. However, your point about 10k is very possible, you just never know with these OTC stocks.

lol, volume always drys up on this until the day of 10k, Mar 31st was over 100% gain, Apr 15 will be the same, prolly better if 10k looks good. I had alot of alerts when it went up to .0006 that time, but thing is I was already in it couple days before at .0003. I could see how you would think it was not so good when you got the alert, but for me was almost 100% gain getting out at .0005 and bought a bigger postion than last time @.0002 a week later, held them and sold them at .0004 Mar 31st, now I have an even bigger postion @.0002 that I will easily sell @.0004 again Apr 15th, 10k or no 10k. Thats the problem I have with alerts, by the time everyone gets the alert, its too late to get in usually and i end up holding a bag. Take a look at the accu/dist on INBG on a one year chart, you might change your stance on this one.

My for INBG predediction is just based on what happened on Mar 31st when the 10k was supposed to come out and it didn't, company got an extension til Apr 15 to release the 10k, based on the fact INBG gained 100% on Mar 31 and promtly went back down to its current level when the extension was released instead, one can easily deduce a repeat performance or better if the 10k looks good, my only uncertainty is if I will get out as the momentum builds or I wait until I see the 10k and if it looks good possibly a much bigger gain…
if it works out, yeah, I'd love to be a mod here, thanks.

well, certainly wasn't a lack of buying today… 28mil shares bought at the ask vs. 777 shares sold at the bid… just don't understand why no uptick on all buys and no sells… I expected all buys and very little selling today, but I also expected at least one uptick… I guess tommorow will tell the tale…

10k out and the market yawned… last due date it goes up 100% on anticipation and today they finally release it and nothing… guess thats what happens when the company leaves everyone hanging and releases an extension instead… they didn't bite this time, once bitten twice shy I guess… sorry to anyone who bought this POS on my recommendation…
