Sustainable Power Corp. is an international green energy service provider focused on environmentally safe power generation. The company has the exclusive rights to develop and manage a portfolio of green power plants utilizing the USSEC biofuel discovery, a renewable fuel source able to be produced from one-fifth of the soybean acreage traditionally associated with biodiesel.
U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. was established in 2006 by John Rivera, father of the “Rivera Process” and inventor of the USSEC Biofuel Discovery. The company offers a significant energy advancement that creates three times more fuel per feedstock unit than any other biofuel or biodiesel production process. The company has engineered the first bio-renewable fuel able to serve as a replacement to petroleum diesel, with superior weather resistance, performance value, and anti-corrosiveness over other green fuels.
The USSEC biofuel is furthermore created at a nominal cost as the byproduct of producing organic fertilizer from recycled waste products, a discovery made during research into agricultural biomass and organic remediation. The technology offers a solution to foreign oil dependence, significant reduction to the cost of electricity and ethanol production, and the eventual reversal of greenhouse gas emissions.

RSI Line is@51.73 i believe this just might be worth taking a look into for a low risk with a possibility for nice gain!!!

SSTP
After ripping up from $0.0075 to $0.02 a little profit taking should be expected, and IMO this is what could explain the pull back to $0.015. It took three attempts to break through this price on the upside, since then there have been three attempts, unsuccessful I might add, to close below it. it appears to me that there is some support there

Sustainable Power Corp. Implements 2010 Development Strategy
BAYTOWN, TX, Dec 09, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) presented the following communication from its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, M. Richard Cutler:

SHAREHOLDERS OF SUSTAINABLE POWER CORP.

Over the previous quarter, we have trimmed our business operations under the current economy and made the cuts required, and poised the company to focus on what I believe will be SSTP's most profitable operation — the production of alternative biofuels. With that established, our 2010 development strategy is further explored below:

1. Assemble a Technical Advisory Board of credible individuals with credentials and business contacts to present our technology to financing sources which is required to grow our “all-green technology.” We have selected a chairman of the technical advisory board and will be selecting additional individuals that have technical experience in our areas of expertise, and thus are able to adapt to and overcome any associated limitations, yet are still able to accomplish our goal of commercializing this technology.

2. With the assistance of this Technical Advisory Board, provide a synopsis for shareholders of the university testing conducted and now completed on the company's process. We will disclose the name of the university, the rationale for our selection of that prestigious university, the university's testing criteria, the goals of the testing, and the results of such.

3. Complete negotiations and a sale of biochar which we currently have on our property and work towards further sales of biochar from future operations. The current discussions in Copenhagen include possible revisions and updates of the global greenhouse treaty — the Kyoto treaty. Recent legislation and EPA rules have meant that the United States is now in a position to possibly participate in this treaty. As recently as November 4, 2009 the US Senate has introduced legislation for carbon offsets which includes key biochar provisions. The only way to really demonstrate progress in reducing carbon emissions is through utilization of materials such as Sustainable Power's biochar which has the potential to remediate the bad carbon dioxide component from as much as 11,000,000 cubic feet of air for each bushel of soybean used in the process.

4. Work toward submitting a revised version of our Form 10 to the SEC with our current business and opportunities accurately portrayed in an effort to become an SEC “reporting company” which is required to eventually move to a more senior exchange.

5. Introduce our technology to already targeted investors and investment groups with whom we have had ongoing discussions utilizing the experience, presentation skills, and know-how of our Management and Technical Advisory Board. Phase II of our “all-green technology” financing presentations will be principally geared to individual investors, potential joint venture partners, and possibly government organizations.

6. Extend the Investor Relations engagement with Jon Barkman of Riverview Capital Enterprises to maintain a seamless communication exchange between shareholders, potential investors, and a representative who has witnessed the company's technology from the onset of its course to commercialization.

In the coming week, the company will provide its shareholders and the investment community with a series of focused announcements that will help clarify the direction of the company and the role our Technical Advisory Board will play in assisting us with ultimately developing and commercializing this world-changing technology.

Sustainable Power Corp. Appoints Dr. Thomas S. Hartwick as Scientific and Technical Advisor to the Company
BAYTOWN, TX, Dec 14, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) announced today that the company has appointed Dr. Thomas S. Hartwick as Chairman of the newly-formed Scientific and Technical Advisory Board of Sustainable Power Corp.

Dr. Thomas S. Hartwick is a nationally-known high-technology expert who has advised more than 500 high-tech companies over the past 50 years, as well as having served on many government advisory boards. Dr. Hartwick's function at Sustainable Power Corp. is to provide advice and counsel on the commercialization of SSTP's Green Energy Vertroleum(R) process utilizing the Company's proprietary catalyst to produce biofuels, biogases, and biochar.

Dr. Hartwick will be elaborating on and consolidating some of the vast scientific test data that has been compiled. He will assist the Company and potential investors in interpreting the data and advise the company on how to present the technical information to finance sources and commercialize the technology.

“As we received consistent, encouraging information from the university that conducted testing at our Baytown facility, we felt it wise to retain someone of Dr. Hartwick's stature and reputation to help disseminate in layman's terms how effective and efficient the SSTP process is,” stated Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, M. Richard Cutler.

“When I was approached to review the SSTP process and the utilization of the proprietary catalyst, I spent nearly five weeks reviewing the technical data before I agreed to accept the position as scientific and technical advisor. Only after I became convinced that the technology was based on sound scientific principles would I accept this position,” stated Dr. Thomas Hartwick.

Over the coming weeks Dr. Hartwick will continue to review results obtained in the university's experiments as well as the data compiled in previously conducted tests. These results will assist in providing a comparative analysis of the benefits of the SSTP process and how it differs from other competitive viable technologies currently in use.

Sustainable Power Corp. Reports That Texas A&M University Completed an Analysis of Its Green Energy Technology
BAYTOWN, TX, Dec 17, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) is pleased to report that a team of professors, scientists and graduate students from the world-renowned Texas A&M University has independently analyzed its proprietary green energy technology. The tests were conducted in a manner dictated by the Texas A&M scientists maintaining a full chain of custody throughout the process to determine the purported differences of the process with and without the catalyst. This is a follow-up to Sustainable Power Corp's April 27, 2009 announcement that it had engaged a major University to commence testing of the biofuel green energy technology to which it holds an exclusive US license.

Among other reasons, Sustainable Power Corp. selected Texas A&M University because it is a research-intensive institution with 10 colleges and a nationally recognized faculty that was ranked 5th by US News and World Reports and first in the nation by The Washington Monthly for “tangible contributions to the public interest.”

The Texas A&M team which analyzed the proprietary SSTP process was lead by Professor Joseph King, Chief of Staff, Texas AgriLife Research – International Programs – Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture. The team consisted of four research professors from diverse fields and a group of graduate students.

Texas AgriLife Research comprises 13 research centers with a staff of 1,700, including 375 doctoral-level scientists who are nationally recognized experts in their field. Among the fields of research concentration is Bioenergy.

Sustainable Power will shortly announce the results from the Texas A&M's report on the Company's process for converting biomass to liquid fuel, flammable gas, and biochar after a review of the report is completed by Sustainable Power's Technical Advisory Board headed by Dr. Thomas Hartwick.

Sustainable Power Corp. Reports That Texas A&M University Confirms Validity of Its Green Energy Technology
Texas A&M Reports Over 50% Yields of Oil From Sustainable Power's Proprietary Process for Producing Transportation Fuel From Biomass
BAYTOWN, TX, Dec 21, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) is pleased to report that testing conducted at the world-renowned Texas A&M University confirms the validity of its proprietary Green Energy Technology.

A team of scientists from Texas A&M have completed their multidisciplinary analysis confirming the company's earlier claims. The Texas A&M report states, “SSTP demonstrated that the oil yields with pyrolysis are much higher than simple mechanical squeezing process of soy seeds.” With Sustainable Power's proprietary process involving heating biomass in a reactor vessel with the presence of the Company's proprietary catalyst, Texas A&M reported a yield of 54.4% oil in addition to 25.3% flammable gas and 20.3% biochar. The biochar could be used as a solid fuel or, unburned, it represents a stable, sequestered form of carbon that would qualify for greenhouse gas credits.

Among Texas A&M's findings in the Confidential Report was that “Sustainable Power Corp…. invented a proprietary catalytic process which produces bio-fuels from what is essentially a heavy crude and light crude oil by a thermo-chemical pyrolysis… process as opposed to conventional pyrolysis… which typically occurs at… higher pressures.” The report added, “The tests conducted with blow torch indicated that oils produced with SSTP's Licensed catalysts readily ignited while oils produced without the catalyst did not ignite easily.”

Previous independent analysis by AmSpec Services LLC of the oil produced by Sustainable Power's process, called Vertroleum(R), shows nearly identical yields to the Texas A&M report. In addition, AmSpec refined the oils into biogasoline, marine fuel and a replacement gasoline for E85 flex fuel. In witnessing the process AmSpec also determined that when using feed stocks of corn, soybeans, wheat, sunflower and other raw agricultural products, the fuels meet the US Energy Policy Act's requirements for cellulosic biomass. A cellulosic biofuel producer that is registered with the Internal Revenue Service may be eligible for a tax incentive in the amount of up to $1.01 per gallon of cellulosic biofuel sold.

Sustainable Power Corp.'s President and CEO, M. Richard Cutler, Esq., said, “It has been an arduous process of getting validation of the SSTP technology because the reporting of such high yields of oil and gas really seemed unbelievable. We are excited that one of the finest, most prestigious research universities in the country, Texas A&M, has been able to validate the efficacy of the process and the yields. We look forward to working with them in the future as we now begin commercializing this process that can produce non-polluting, renewable energy from food wastes, crop wastes, forestry waste and municipal solid waste. With its rapid commercialization, this process truly holds the promise of helping to liberate America from its dependence on foreign oil while eliminating the pollution and carbon footprint associated with fossil fuels.”

SSTP

There is a bull flag forming (an up day followed by sideways trading that doesn't fully retrace the upward move), and the Golden Cross, (when the short term moving average crosses through the long term, in this case the 50 day crossed the 200 day at 0.011 yesterday) these are two positive technical signals. Watch for the break through 0.024
